TAGBILARAN CITY — A sperm whale was found dead near Banacon Island in Getafe town, Bohol on Monday afternoon, Dec. 16, Mayor Casey Camacho said.

The sperm whale is listed as endangered under the Endangered Species Act and depleted under the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
